Definition of Term

Context: Select the context of the definition. If you want to add more context values, please edit this property (mandatory)
Subcontext: Select the subcontext of the definition. If you want to add more subcontext values, please edit this property
External reference (URL): e.g. to Wikipedia.
Approval Status: Only authorized users shall approve a definition.
Approved By: user name in lower case (first letter can be upper case). (autocomplete)
Approval Time: Time format: "DD MM YYYY". Default is "now" (works only for newly created definitions.

Note: The order you arrange the definitions does currently not influence the sort order on the glossary page. "Save page" at the bottom is needed to save the content.

Free text: Here you can add additional information that does not fit to any field above. Any regular wiki elements are allowed here. The content in this field will be printed at the bottom of the result page.

Notes:

  • The fields "Related glossary item(s)" and "Related dictionary item(s)" shall be used to add related glossary terms or dictionary words, even though they do not exist yet. A click to a non existing page within that field will automatically open a new form.
